As soon as you sign up, you will be invited to book your comprehensive Annual Boiler Service.
Your Cover commences immediately but you cannot book a repair until after we have serviced your boiler.
We currently cover the Greater Glasgow Area including Glasgow, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and East Dumbartonshire. We will soon be expanding our service area, so if you live in an area not covered, sign up below to be first to know when we launch in your area.
Your cover begins immediately and by signing up to this service, you confirm that your boiler is in good working order and currently has no issues. We will be out within 14 days to deliver the annual boiler service. After this, you are free to book in a repair. See you soon!
The Service Agreement is for a minimum of 12 months meaning that you can relax and be assured that you are covered for the entire year.
Every eligible Calhame Care plan includes a comprehensive annual boiler service carried out by one of our qualified engineers. The service checks your boiler's safety, efficiency and overall performance, helping to identify potential problems before they become costly repairs.
Yes. replacement parts and labour are covered for eligible repairs in all of our care plan options, subject to the terms and conditions of your maintenance agreement.
Yes. Calhame Care includes unlimited call-outs for covered breakdowns during your active membership, giving you reassurance that help is available whenever you need it.
We cover all reputable makes and models of domestic gas boilers, including combi, system and conventional boilers. If you're unsure whether your boiler is eligible, simply contact us and we'll be happy to advise.
Yes. You can choose the call out fee that best suits your budget. There are 3 call out fee options; £90, £45 or £0 Call Out fee. Selecting a higher fee will reduce your monthly costs, allowing you to tailor your cover to your needs.
Your cover begins in accordance with the terms of your chosen plan. An initial boiler service and inspection or eligibility check may be required before full cover starts.
Many older boilers can still be covered, provided they are safe, serviceable and meet our eligibility requirements. If necessary, we'll carry out an inspection before confirming cover.
Yes. You can contact us at any time to discuss upgrading or changing your Calhame Care plan, subject to eligibility and any applicable terms.
If your boiler is beyond economical repair or cannot be repaired safely, our engineers will explain your options and can provide a competitive quotation for a replacement boiler installation.
Log on to your online account and book your preferred repair slot at any time of day. If you prefer to speak with one of our team directly, simply contact our customer service team by telephone during our opening hours. We'll arrange for one of our engineers to attend your property as quickly as possible.
Once you have signed up for your preferred plan you can simply book your preferred time on our online booking diary. After the first year of cover, we will contact you when your annual boiler service is due. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to arrange a convenient appointment.
Yes. You may cancel your Calhame Care plan in accordance with our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy. Details of your cancellation rights are available on our website.
